  • For full-time employees, annual leave entitlement is 33 days per annum including bank holidays, which increases with continuous length of service.

    Employees also have the right to buy up to a maximum of one week’s annual leave each year (April to March).

    Part-time staff will receive a pro rata amount of leave dependent upon the hours they work.

  • Our pay is designed to attract and retain the most talented and dedicated employees. We aim to be competitive in the market whilst ensuring we are affordable to the Charity, keeping our research and supporters front of mind.

  • All employees are offered a flexible way to build a pension fund, the Charity’s default percentages for auto enrolment is 5% employee and 5% employer contributions. Employees have the option to increase their contribution with the employer matching up 6% contribution.
